Returns: We know you will be delighted with your 'one of a kind' artwork. However, if ( and sometimes little glitches can slip past our sharp eyes,) there is a problem, please email us for a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION within 3 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in their original packing, in good condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached for a full refund. With the exception of faulty goods, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and subject to shipping & handling costs.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and provided the order has not shipped we will cancel, and process the return of your payment. However, custom and 'made to order' items cannot be canceled once production has started. In this case , please contact us, we maybe able to place your order with someone on our waiting list.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We will never knowing disclose any of your personal information without your explicit consent.
Shipping: After receiving your order, your item is inspected (for any last minute hitches) aired and pressed. Then packed in tissue and bubble wrap. Items will usually ship within 3 days of your payment clearing. If for any reason, (vacation???) we can't get it out of the door in that time, there will be a note in the item description. Our normal shipping is by US MAIL and can take 8 days, if you can't wait that long to unwrap it, please email us for a quote.
